Pete Horrocks |
Pete is our current Chair (June 2024)bringing together all members represented on the committee.
Pete has been involved in the work of LPCs since 2007 previously a member of Durham LPC and subsequently an AIMp and CCA member on Tees.
Pete brings significant experience to the committee, not only his leadership role on the LPC but also significant industry knowledge from previous roles as a Superintendent Pharmacist and Responsible Person at national wholesaler Lexon UK.
In May 2021 Pete was delighted to be recognised by the Prime Minister for his contribution to the C19 vaccination programme at an event held at Downing Street. When not at work he has a busy family life and collection of animals in his rural Teesdale home.

Dawn Cruickshank |
Dawn is an independent contractor working in Loftus and is the Superintendent and Director of Harrops Pharmacy.
Dawn has a great deal of experience working with LPCs. She was chair of County Durham and Darlington LPC between 2009 and 2021 and joined Community Pharmacy Tees in 2023. Dawn is also a Director and the Chair of Pharmaceutical Services North East since 2016. This is the provider Company covering North of Tyne, Gateshead, South Tyneside, County Durham, Darlington, Cumbria and Tees. In her time working as Superintendent Pharmacist for John Low Pharmacy Dawn was delighted to receive the award for Winner of Chemist and Druggist Independent Pharmacy of the Year in 2018. Outside of work, she likes nothing more than walking her two dogs in the local woods or escaping up very large mountains for days on end. |
Prashanth Takkallapally
|
Prashanth is an independent contractor working in Middleton St. George and is the Superintendent and Director of Middleton Pharmacy.
Prashanth has experience across community pharmacy and hospitals where he has specialised across various departments such as Diabetes/Endocrinology, Acute Medicine and Elderly Care. In his time as an independent contractor, Prashanth has gained valuable insight to funding and the operating of a pharmacy. His aim is to strive for a more clinical community pharmacy sector and promoting more of such services.
In his spare time, he likes to watch football, cricket and catch up with friends.

Emma Morris |
Emma represents contractors from the Company Chemist Association (CCA) and is a Healthcare Partnership Manager for Boots UK Limited.
Emma is a pharmacist and has worked for Boots in various roles across England for over 30 years. Her current role includes working with NHS teams and Local Authorities negotiating Local Enhanced Commissioned Services. Currently also the Chair on North East Central LPC and Treasurer for Gateshead & South Tyneside LPC. In her spare time Emma participates in many running events or out walking. Also often found at the cinema. |
Katie Hall
|
Katie is a pharmacist manager currently working full time at Well pharmacy in Guisborough. She has over 10 years experience as a pharmacist and within this time has held roles as a Pharmacist Manager, Area Manager and Superintendent pharmacist for both independent pharmacies and large chain pharmacies.
She is passionate about service delivery and health promotion in the local community and seeing this difference that pharmacies can make.
In her spare time she enjoys keeping active and is currently training for the great north run.

Ricardo DeVittoris (Rick) |
Rick represents contractors from the Association of Independent Multiples and is a Professional Services Pharmacist at Day Lewis Pharmacy.
His time is divided between supporting Day Lewis teams with any regulatory or professional services issues and managing the Darlington branch. He has had previous involvement working with LPCs, including being a member of Durham LPC. Outside of work, he enjoys taking his Patterdale terrier Luna on long walks and other outdoor adventures. |
Lisa Jobson

Lisa represents contractors from the Community Chemists’ Association (CCA) and is a Pharmacy Support Manager for Boots. Currently working part-time, Lisa has over 25 years of experience within pharmacy as a pharmacist, trainer and has held various management positions within Boots. Having joined Tees LPC in 2019, she is the CCA representative on the finance sub-committee. |
Monica Sagu |
Monica represents Independent contractors and is currently a full-time Pharmacist at Harry Hills Pharmacy in Billingham. Starting off in the Midlands, she managed a small independent and went into locuming, followed by a 100+ mile move up north, where she has gained valuable knowledge and experience through locuming for bigger pharmacy chains. In her downtime, she likes to bake, read and spend time on the sofa with a fluffy blanket. |
Natasha Fishpool | Natasha currently works as a Pharmacist Store Manager for Boots UK in Hartlepool Marina. She has worked within Boots in both a Pharmacist and store leader capacity for 19 years. Her passion is for Pharmacy services and the ever-changing role Pharmacists are being empowered to provide in our community. In her spare time Natasha is Mum to two girls and a Cavapoo, spending a lot of time courtside at Netball matches with both girls cheering them on. She likes spending time with Friends and family and going out for meals/drinks |
Sunil Kumar

Sunil represents as an independent pharmacy contractor on the committee. Sunil has been practising as a community pharmacist in different roles over the years. He is very passionate about community pharmacy and in particular its role in delivering clinical pharmacy services. Sunil has previously served as a committee member on County Durham LPC from 2015 to 2023. He is also serving as a Community Pharmacy PCN lead for Darlington PCN since 2019. Outside of work, he likes to spend time on physical fitness activities and reading. |
Sandie Keall

Sandie Keall has been with Tees LPC for the past 11 years.
She is a nurse by profession and still works in palliative care on an infrequent basis to maintain her professional registration. Was involved in the national formulation of the Healthy Living Pharmacy programme and the public health agenda in pharmacy. Passionate about self-development has also been involved with training and development for the entirety of her career. Outside of work she can often be found in the garden with her chickens, ducks and various other animals. |
Jane Harvey

Jane has been employed by Tees LPC since 2017 prior to that she spent 7 years working in multiples and independent pharmacies in Tees.
My whole career has been based on customer experience and retail. I am a Dispenser and a Smoking cessation advisor but my heart lies on the counter as a healthy living advisor spending time with patients ensuring they get all the information they require to be the healthiest version of themselves.
I have a keen interest in mental well-being and how we can promote self-care within ourselves, our families and local communities.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, cooking and running (well I don’t really enjoy the running bit ha ha!)

Lindsay Clode

Lindsay has been the Training and Quality Manager at Tees LPC since 2017, she has 20 years of experience working in and managing pharmacies.
RSPH accredited trainer delivering for the LPC over the last 7 years. In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys relaxing with her family, watching her Husband & daughter play football and attending to her allotment and chickens. |
