Special General Meeting
We will be holding a Special General Meeting to discuss realignment of our LPC boundaries and acceptance of the new model constitution. We will also launch nominations for the new LPC committee at the meeting. Please pass to the owner if you are not the person able to make decisions on behalf of your pharmacy.
Please find attached all documents relating to the meeting and voting form which must be received either at the SGM or ahead of the meeting which would be the 10am 19th January 2023.
