TPP UPDATE October 2025

A new referral pathway was introduced into SystemOne by TPP via the ‘BaRs’ button. To support the implementation of Pharmacy First within your practice, we’ve compiled a guidance document (see attached) with input from Hillside Surgery (East Cleveland PCN) and Kings Medical (Greater Middlesbrough PCN). We hope this resource helps simplify the referral process.
